Take a leisurely naturalist-led walk through the micro-habitats of the San Francisco Botanical Garden in Golden Gate Park, to search for the California Quail and other birds that stop off here to rest or nest!

Meet at 10:00AM at the San Francisco Botanical Garden Bookstore, near the main gate (Martin Luther King Drive near 9th Avenue and Lincoln Way). Co-sponsored by San Francisco Botanical Garden and Golden Gate Audubon Society. Walk lasts about 2 hours.

First Saturday of Every Month 10:00AM - 12:00PM

  • Upcoming nature walks: March 3, April 7, and May 5, 2012.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Adult $10.00.

Please bring binoculars (if you have them) and a pencil.
